GPS MPs attend pre-Parliament briefing session

KUCHING, July 16: The 19 Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) parliamentarians yesterday evening attended a briefing session in Kuala Lumpur to prepare them for their duties in the first meeting of the First Session of the 14th Parliament.

Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg flew in to the federal capital earlier to attend the briefing.

Briefing the Sarawak parliamentarians on issues of development in Sarawak and the constitution were the State Attorney-General Datu Talat Mahmood Abdul Rashid and State Planning Unit director Buckland Bangik.
