KUCHING, March 16: Damansara MP Gobind Singh Deo has been appointed as the new national chairman of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) Malaysia for the 2025-2028 term, following the party’s internal elections.

The announcement was made via DAP’s official Facebook page, congratulating the newly elected Central Executive Committee (CEC) members and thanking all delegates for their participation.

Gobind takes over the role from Lim Guan Eng, who served as national chairman from 2022 to 2025.
