KUCHING, April 4: Four people were left homeless after a fire destroyed a house at Kampung Tengah Hilir Mukah.
According to a report from Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre today, they received call regarding the incident at 12.52pm and deployed a team from Bomba Mukah to the location.
Upon arrival, the operation commander reported that the fire had also partially damaged a second house nearby by 10 per cent.
Firefighters utilised a fire engine a nearby water source to dousing the blaze.
No casualties were reported in the incident. Firefighters are investigating the cause of the fire. — DayakDaily
