KUCHING, Jan 17: Five talented children from Sarawak captured multiple titles at the recent ‘I Am Model Search International 2024’ competition.
According to a TVS news report today, Richmond Chai, 9, not only emerged as the champion in the boys’ category, but also claimed victory in the ‘Best Avant Garde’, ‘Best Social Media’, ‘Best Photogenic’, and ‘Best In Go Sees’ categories.
Meanwhile, representing the girls, Aaisyah Batrisya and Ramadhania Lau took home the titles for ‘Best Personality’ and ‘Best Catwalk’.
Furthermore, in the youth category, Nur Qamarina Syafira emerged victorious in the ‘Best in Go Sees’ category, while Ashley Chai claimed the title in the ‘Best Catwalk’ and ‘Be You’ category.
TVS also reported that the competition was held from January 10 to 14 with the theme ‘High Fashion Futuristic’ and featured traditional clothing from various countries.
The second edition of the competition included contestants from Australia, United States of America, Botswana, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Japan, Cambodia, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Myanmar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. — DayakDaily
