KUCHING, Feb 9: Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives to work with Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Entrepreneur Development Sarawak to develop entrepreneurship in Sarawak.
According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, its Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick disclosed the matter was discussed with Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.
He said the Premier has also given very valuable input to the ministry, especially about the development of youth entrepreneurs in the creative industry and also other youth entrepreneurship sectors in Sarawak.
Ewon said this after paying a courtesy call on the Premier at Wisma Bapa Malaysia today.
He disclosed among other matter discusses during the courtesy call involves sports athletes and creative industry entrepreneurship in Sarawak including programs that will be held throughout the country, especially for Sarawak.
He added the ministry will give additional focus to Sarawak and Sabah in terms of entrepreneurs development plans and strategies implementation. — DayakDaily
