KUCHING, May 23: A former supervisor of a company, who claimed trial to criminal breach of trust (CBT) of RM250,000 on April 10, was today slapped with two more CBT charges at two Magistrate’s Courts, here.
She pleaded not guilty to both additional charges.
Accused Chung Sak Fong, 31, from Batu 18, was alleged to have committed CBT of the company’s money amounting to RM30,000 and RM22,000 on Jan 17 this year. She was a supervisor of the company then.
Both Magistrate Nuruhuda Mohd Yusof and Magistrate Chai Guan Hock set June 24 for pre-trial case management of the case.
Previously, Chung was charged on April 10 allegedly for committing CBT amounting to RM250,000 from a safe deposit box without consent of the company on Nov 29 last year.
She pleaded not guilty to that charge, and Magistrate Mohd Syukri Mokhtar set June 19 for pre-trial case management.
She is charged under Section 408 of the Penal Code, which carries imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than 14 years and with whipping and liable to fine upon conviction.
