KUCHING, Sept 26: An unoccupied two-storey house in Kampung Bulan Sebuyau was ravaged by an early morning fire today.
Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Sarawak swiftly despatched a team from the Simunjan Station to the scene in response to an emergency call received at 3.55am.
There were no casualties or injuries reported.
Firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control and extinguished it by 5.40am.
Additionally, thorough overhaul procedures were conducted to ensure there were no lingering sources of ignition.
As of time of writing, the cause of the fire remains under investigation. — DayakDaily
