Dudong rep accompanies Baby Shima to file police report over alleged death threat on social media

SIBU, Dec 31: Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Dato Sri Tiong King Sing accompanied singer and actress Nor Ashima Ramli, known as Baby Shima, to file a police report over a death threat she allegedly received on social media.

In a Facebook post today, Baby Shima shared a screenshot of a comment from an individual who expressed unhappiness over her presence in Sarawak in which a death threat was also issued.

Together with the post, she also shared a picture of the individual, and a photo with Tiong, who is also the Bintulu MP and Dudong assemblyman.

“Thank you to YB Dato Sri Tiong King Sing for coming to the Sibu police station at 2am. I didn’t expect that. Thank you very much,” she said in the post.

The singer is in Sarawak to perform at the ‘Motac Bersama Komuniti Sibu’ event at the Azman Hashim Community Sports Complex in Sibu Jaya today. — DayakDaily
