KUCHING, June 23: A 41-year-old driver received minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident on Jalan Beladin in Saratok.
According to a report from the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre today, a team from Bomba Saratok was mobilised to the scene after they received a call regarding the incident at 9.32am.
Upon arrival, the operation commander confirmed that the incident involved a Proton Saga that was in the bushes by the side of the road.
After discovering that the victim was still inside the vehicle, firefighters placed him in a C-Collar before taking him out.
He was later transported to Beladin Health Clinic using a Bomba Emergency Medical Rescue Services ambulance for further action. — DayakDaily
