Maggi Mi Goreng Selera Sejahtera

Squid adds a punch to the meal given its umami flavour, texture, and nutritional value.

Ingredients for 3 servings

3 Packets of MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken

2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil

2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil

1 Quarter of sliced ginger

1 Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – Yellow or Red

3 Leaves of Sliced Spring Onion

5 Rings of Sliced Sotong (Squid)

100g of Taugeh (Bean Sprouts)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat water, boil noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Boil sliced pieces of squid until they are cooked. Set aside.
  3. Fry the ginger slices in a pan until they become fragrant.
  4. Put boiled MAGGI noodles, boiled squid rings, sliced bell pepper and spring onion together, toss the seasoning of MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken and sesame oil onto the mixture, and stir all of them evenly.
  5. Add in bean sprouts and stir all ingredients evenly.
  6. Garnish and serve hot.
