KUCHING, May 24: The Sri Aman Development Agency (Sada) has approved the Kampung Menuang Ulu community farm plot and the construction of the Lingga Sports Complex worth RM20.5 million.
Sada chairperson Dato Sri Rohani Abdul Karim, in a statement today, said the projects are approved out of 17 proposed during the Sada committee meeting held in Wisma SADA in Sri Aman today.
Meanwhile, Rohani said as of May 2024, five projects under Sada had been completed.
She said the projects are the Sarawak Skills Sri Aman branch temporary campus, flood mitigation projects in the Kejamut area (Package B, C, and D), and the Orangutan Observatory Hut at the Batang Ai Eco-Tourism Complex.
She added that three other projects are currently being implemented, and the rest are still at various stages of planning. — DayakDaily
