According to a statement, Uggah, who also Minister of Infrastructure and Port Development (MIPD) said the tender for construction works would be called the latest by early January next year.

Uggah added that other road projects which under the State in the 12th Malaysia Plan for Kampung Kekan Seberang, Kampung Kut Muara, Kampung Sungai Pinang, Kampung Bungan Besar, and Kampung Rassau are now in the preliminary design stage.

On the Dalat Waterfront Phase Three Project, he said, the government has also allocated a sum of RM4.964 million.

He also said that the project is at the design stage and the construction tender is expected to be called by the first quarter of 2024. — DayakDaily
