KUCHING, May 4: Dayak Bidayuh National Association’s (DBNA) has presented a RM19,000 contribution to the late Joanna Felicia Rohana’s family.
According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) on May 3, the contribution was presented by DBNA president Dtu Ik Pahon Joyik together with the association’s exco members from Serian, Kedup and Siburan at Kampung Engkeroh.
Ik Pahon said that apart from DBNA members, the contribution is a collection from other Chinese and Malay community.
He also expressed his gratitude to all DBNA members and donors from home and abroad for their willingness to donate and further support DBNA’s noble initiative to ease the burden of the victims’ families. — DayakDaily
