KUCHING, July 24: Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) held a ‘plogging walk’—picking up litter while jogging or walking—at Metrocity Matang today.

The programme was organised in collaboration with Chong Kia Hoi Realty Sdn Bhd, Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB) Sarawak, Metrocity traders, Padawan Municipal Council (MPP), Trienekens (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, Kejiranan Mesra DBKU (KJM) and Cosmopoint College Kuching.

The programme was first introduced in 2019 among the DBKU staff to cultivate the mindset of “You See Litter, You Pick It Up”.
