KUCHING, Aug 10: Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) offices will be closed from tomorrow until Aug 13 for cleaning and sanitisation to take place as part of precautionary measures to curb Covid-19 infections.
In a notice issued today, DBKU disclosed that all activities and exchanges over-the-counter at its premises will temporarily be halted.
However, customers may still access payment services online through the DBKU eServiceKU portal at eserviceku.dbku.gov.my.
Alternatively, customers may also use JomPay, SarawakPay, Paybills Malaysia, CIMB, BSN and Maybank2U for payment matters.
All DBKU offices and counters at its headquarters will resume operations on Aug 16.
