KUCHING, June 15: Senior Minister of Works Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof is doing well so far as he enters the fifth day of home quarantine after testing positive for Covid-19.
“Today marks the fifth day of home quarantine after I was tested positive with Covid-19 on June 10.
“Alhamdulillah, I do not display any symptoms that are associated with Covid-19 and my oxygen levels using the Oximeter remains good at 97/98.
“I carry out regular workout routines and my appetite is normal,” he said in a Facebook post today.
Fadillah, who is also the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) chief whip and Petra Jaya MP, further expressed his gratitude towards all the prayers and well wishes he received.
“Alhamdullillah, with Allah SWT’s grace, my condition is stable and in good health. This is Taqdir (fate) which I accept it with an open heart.
“May Allah SWT continue to protect all of us and bring us out of this pandemics which has disrupted and destroyed lives and livelihood in modern times.
“Hence, it is my fervent hope that we will continue to comply with the standard operating procedures (SOP) which are put in place and register to get vaccinated to protect yourself and others,” he added. — DayakDaily
