KUCHING, Nov 9: “Ow… @robinborneoheadhunters” wrote Crazy Rich Asians heartthrob Henry Golding on his Instagram post (@henrygolding) dated Nov 8 as he shared a photo of himself getting a tattoo on his foot by tattoo artist Robinson Unau Gaong of Borneoheadhunters Tattoo Studio here.

Since then, the post has received over 14,000 likes, and internet users have praised the 36-year-old British-Iban Hollywood actor for getting a tattoo from the well-known tattoo studio.

“Thank you very much for the support, Brother!… See you next time as agent 007,” tattoo artist Unau (@robinborneoheadhunters) said in response to Golding’s post.

The design, however, was not revealed in the post. “Would love to see the results,” a netizen commented, to which Unau replied, “Soon, in my portfolio IG.”

The Borneoheadhunters Tattoo Studio also expressed gratitude to Golding for his continuous support, writing, “Thanks madi @henrygolding for the continuous support and the continuity of the Iban tattoo, although this time by machine, it’s still the continuity of the Ian tattoo designs, still on skin.”

Meanwhile, one netizen wrote, “Respect boss, you came back to get the authentic ancestor tattoo,” and another, “On the foot? Heck ya ow.”

On Oct 29, Golding sent Malaysian netizens, especially Kuchingites, into a frenzy after he uploaded a photo of himself enjoying Kolo Mee and iced Milo at Chong Choon Café, a popular kopitiam here.

It was unclear why the British-Iban actor came back. However, based on a series of TikTok videos posted by Kuching residents over the weekend, it appears that Golding is giving a tour of the city to fellow celebrity Antoni Porowski, best known for his role in Netflix’s popular series Queer Eye.

Fans have theorised that Henry is one of the guest stars in Antoni’s upcoming show, ‘No Taste Like Home’.

Antoni, who is affectionately recognised as the food and wine expert on Queer Eye, recently shared on Instagram (@antoni) that he will be hosting a new food and travel show in collaboration with National Geographic.

Recently, he has been actively sharing various photos of himself exploring Kuching, with a particular focus on its vibrant food scene.
