Covid-19: Zero new cluster in Sarawak, 3 active clusters record 32 new cases

KUCHING, Oct 3: There are no new cluster of Covid-19 reported in Sarawak today while three existing clusters recorded a total of 32 additional cases of coronavirus.

State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) in its daily Covid-19 report for Sarawak today said the three clusters that reported new cases were the Bungey 2 Cluster (27 cases), Long Urun Cluster (4) and Sungai Ipoh Cluster (1).

At the same time, five clusters namely the Semada Cluster in Serian, Nanga Bengap Cluster in Lubok Antu, Simpang Bakun Cluster in Bintulu, Jalan Market Cluster in Bau, and Warong Metrocity Cluster ended after no new infections were reported within the past 28-days.


At present, there are 102 active clusters of Covid-19 in Sarawak. – DayakDaily.
