KUCHING, April 5: Masjid India was among several areas targeted for Covid-19 sanitisation in the state capital today.
Fire and Rescue personnel, together with officers from the Health Department and other relevant authorities also carried out works at the hawkers centre at Chatay Lane and Song Kheng Hai Recreational Centre.
Similar operation was carried out at the VVIP lounge of the Miri Airport.
Meanwhile, the state has prepared eight decontaminated buses to transport individuals who arrived at the Kuching International Airport (KIA) via the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) for their 14-day quarantine.
Those going through the compulsory self-quarantine will be placed in several hotels in the city. — DayakDaily
