KUCHING, Dec 27: The number of new Covid-19 cases in Sarawak declined to 21 cases today from 24 reported yesterday.
According to the State Disaster Management Committee’s (SDMC) report, Category 3 recorded one patient with pneumonia, Category 2 recorded 10 patients with mild symptoms, and Category 1 recorded 10 asymptomatic patients.
The 21 new cases brought the cumulative number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Sarawak to 252,220.
On the other hand, eight districts across Sarawak reported new cases today.
They include Kuching (4), Sibu (4), Lawas (4), Miri (4), Bintulu (2), Sarikei (1), Limbang (1), and Bau (1).
The remaining 32 districts across the State did not record any new cases today.
There are no new deaths or active clusters in Sarawak today. — DayakDaily
