KUCHING, Oct 18: The Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak has announced a temporary closure of Jalan Batang Saribas-Krian, affecting the route in Pusa and Betong from Oct 19 until Feb 28, 2025.

According to the official notice, the road will be closed to allow for essential upgrading works to improve infrastructure along the stretch.

A temporary alternative road will be open for public use to minimise traffic disruptions.

For any inquiries regarding traffic or the ongoing works, the public can contact the JKR Betong Division Office at 083-472101 during office hours. Queries can be directed to Ir Ts Muhammad Kashral Kamalimrza or Ng Mau Guan.
