MIRI, May 18: At least three individuals stole a stainless steel water tank from the Association of Parents with Special Children (Pibakis) Miri last night.
Footage of the theft, which occurred around 8.55pm, was captured by the centre’s CCTV.
The two-minute-long video showed at least three individuals climbing over the fence, loosen the tank (with a 1,250-litre capacity) from its platform, roll the tank to one side of the centre’s compound and lifted it over the fence.
Also stolen is a water pump.
At press time, no arrest has been made. — DayakDaily
