KUCHING, July 4: The highly anticipated Borneo Sonic Music Festival (BSMF), set to take place from Oct 11 to 12 aims to bring together 36,000 music enthusiasts from around the globe.
The festival has announced a limited-time discounted Special Early Bird tickets offer available on July 7.
In a statement today, BSMF organisers encouraged music fans to secure their spots at the festival.
Those who purchase the Super Early Bird ticket will receive a limited edition BSMF 2024 T-shirt, redeemable with the wristband, ensuring a memorable weekend of music under the stars.
Super Early Bird tickets can be purchased online through the official BSMF 2024 website at www.borneosonic.com, at noon on July 7.
BME International managing director Steven Au expressed his excitement about the Super Early Bird discount for loyal fans and new attendees.
“This year’s event promises to be our biggest and best yet, with an incredible lineup and a host of new experiences that will make BSMF 2024 an unforgettable festival,” he said.
BSMF 2024 will feature the Borneo Sonic Food Carnival at Dataran Stadium (Stadium Square), hosting 50 food and drink vendors and 20 stalls offering non-food items.
The carnival will be open from 12pm to 12am from Oct 9 to 12, providing attendees with music performances, games, giveaways, and more. An announcement will be made soon for vendors to register and join the food and crafts bazaar.
Additionally, the BSMF 2024 Camping Ground at Football Field D (Padang D) will offer a unique glamping experience just 200 meters from Sarawak Stadium and Food Street, enhancing the festival atmosphere and creating lasting memories for attendees.
For fitness enthusiasts and music lovers alike, the Borneo Sonic Music Run is set to attract 1,000 participants.
The run will be held at Stadium Sarawak on Saturday, Oct 12, starting at 7am and covering a 3km route.
The event is organided by BME International Sdn Bhd, managed by Place Borneo Sdn Bhd, and supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry & Performing Arts Sarawak (MTCP).
