KUCHING, Feb 24: The body of an unidentified woman was found in Sekama River this afternoon.
According to a report from the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre, they received a call regarding the incident at 4.35pm and deployed firefighters from the Bomba Padungan to the location.
Firefighters had to put down a step ladder by the river bank to rope in the body.
The body was later handed over to the police for further action. — DayakDaily
