KUCHING, April 28: The four-lane, two-way route at the Bakun intersection along the Pan Borneo Highway will be open to the public tomorrow (April 29) at 2pm.
According to Pan Borneo Highway Branch (PBHB), JKR Sarawak in a statement, the opening route will involve the Bakun Section (WPC10) of the Pan Borneo Highway.
Earlier today, PBHB JKR Sarawak also announced the opening of the two-way four-lane road in Spaoh at 10am.
The department said it involves WPC05 (KM110 Kampung Penunus Debak-KM115 Ulu Rimbas Jambatan Babu) along Jalan Sri Aman-Sarikei.
The department also advises road users to drive carefully on the route in question and to comply with all traffic management.
