KUCHING, Nov 15: A 36-year-old woman with asthma is among the 12 Covid-19 deaths reported in Sarawak today.
The State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) in a statement said the woman, who was from Limbang, passed away at Miri Hospital on Nov 12.
Of the total deaths, two were brought-in-dead (BID) involving two men from Kuching aged 50 and 55.
The 55-year-old man was also one of the two cases reported today which had no medical history of illnesses, with the other being a 63-year-old man from Sibu.
All 12 fatalities which occurred between Nov 10 and 14 have pushed the state’s death toll to 1,528.
The other victims aged between 59 and 87 all suffered from high blood pressure and various other comorbidities.
In terms of districts, Kuching, Miri and Sibu reported three deaths respectively, while Sri Aman, Limbang and Sarikei recorded one each. — DayakDaily
