KUCHING, May 3: The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak (ACCCIS) led a group of committee members and representatives to visit the Hari Raya Aidilfitri open houses of Sarawak’s Head of State and Premier of Sarawak this year.
Led by its president Dato Tan Jit Kee, the delegation visited Head of State Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud and wife Toh Puan Ragad Kurdi Taib’s Raya open house hosted at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) here on the first day of the celebration yesterday (May 2).
Today, the second day of the celebration, they visited the Premier of Sarawak Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg and wife Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tuanku Bujang’s open house held at a hotel here.
Among those present were ACCCIS deputy president Dato Dr Ngu Piew Seng; vice presidents Kuek Eng Mong, Datuk Wee Kok Hui and Dato Chai Voon Tok; secretary-general Ho Siew Hua, and Digital Economy Committee chairman Rodger Chan. — DayakDaily
