6 police reports filed against writer for allegedly accusing Sarawak Premier of picking fight

KUCHING, June 13: A total of six police reports has been made against a Malayan writer for allegedly accusing Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg of picking a fight.

According to a press statement, the latest report was made by political secretary to the Premier Dato Nyomek Nyeap at Satok police station at around 3pm today.

He was accompanied by several other of the Premier’s political secretaries, namely Rosaline Neging, Susan Clement Ingun, Niponi Undek, Kua Jeck Seng, Angellie Stephen Raja, Fung Kok Shiun and Abang Abdul Aziz.

The statement added that the same police report will be made by the Premier’s political secretaries in other areas throughout Sarawak.

Yesterday (June 12), Sarawak Commissioner of Police (CP) Dato Mancha Ata when contacted by DayakDaily confirmed that the police have received three reports regarding the matter, following the two reports initially made on June 11. — DayakDaily
