KUCHING, Feb 21: A total of 52 Singaporean business owners arrived in Kuching last night (Feb 20) for a three-day business and cultural exchange event.
Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office (Statos) chief executive officer Chew Chang Guan said the delegation would be exploring business opportunities in Sarawak.
“These business owners from Singapore come from various backgrounds such as the food and beverage (F&B) industry, logistics and packaging.
“We will take them to meet Sarawak’s entrepreneurs to exchange views and establish cooperation,” he said when met at Kuching International Airport last night.
The international delegation will be in Kuching until Feb 24.
The exchange provides opportunities for the participants to explore business options in Kuching, network with local business owners and learn about the business landscape in Sarawak.Ā ā DayakDaily
