4WD driver killed in self-accident on Jalan Sri Aman

SRI AMAN, July 18: A 46-year-old man was killed in a self-accident at KM41 of Jalan Sri Aman/Kuching here yesterday (July 17).

Sri Aman district police chief DSP Mathew Manggie said the man was driving a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle before crashing at the location around 4pm.

“The victim suffered internal injuries on the chest and was confirmed dead by paramedics while en route to Sri Aman Hospital,” he said in a statement.

The case was investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987. — DayakDaily
