KUCHING, June 12: A senior citizen suffered difficulties breathing after 4 houses located at RPR Batu Kawa caught on fire on Friday evening.
Fire and Rescue (Bomba) department were contacted at 5:59pm and a team was deployed to the scene.
According to the Bomba report, that three houses were completely razed by the fire while one house was burned 65 per cent.
It was believed that the fire started from the second floor of one of the houses and the senior citizen who suffered breathing difficulties due to the smoke was sent to Sarawak General Hospital for immediate treatment.
Bomba had returned to their station after making sure the scene is safe.—DayakDaily
