According to a press release, RRC’s senior partner Russell Lim, in his welcoming speech, expressed pride in the dancers’ achievements, noting that the four have previously clinched victories in their respective categories at WDSF International competitions in Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor.

“These dancers have set a high benchmark of excellence for our studio and the Sarawak dance community. I encourage our younger students to emulate their achievements and keep the Sarawak flag flying high,” said Lim.

Lim also took the opportunity to thank the event’s key supporters, including officials from the Sabah DanceSport Association, led by president John Chong Nyuk Chin, and the Sarawak DanceSport Association, represented by president Chester Lim, vice president Dr Victor Bong, and secretary Jenny Lim.
