4.5m-long python found with 30 eggs underneath car at Kpg Tabuan Dani Kuching

KUCHING, March 18: Residents of Kampung Tabuan Dani here were shocked by the discovery of a 4.5m-long python underneath a car parked by the roadside on March 17.

According to a TVS news report today, the Malaysia Civil Defence Force (APM) said that 30 eggs were also found near the 50kg snake, which has been seeking shelter beneath the car that has not been used in a long time.

“At around 8.45pm, APM Kuching received a call on the incident,” it said.

The operation to capture the snake took nearly two hours due to the cramped space beneath the car.

A source at the scene said that the reptile was found with a cat, prompting residents to contact the APM. — DayakDaily
