SARATOK, June 4: A 36-year-old man was killed in a two-car collision near Kampung Melayu Roban here today.
According to a report by Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), the victim was identified as Hazman Wahab.

Bomba reported that they dispatched a team of firefighters from Saratok Fire Station (BBP) after receiving a distress call around 12pm.
Upon arrival, they saw two cars, namely a Perodua Axia and a cement lorry, involved in the deadly crash.
“The Axia driver was found trapped in the car and was extricated by Bomba personnel. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the lorry driver only sustained minor injuries,” it said. — DayakDaily
