357 civil servants receive awards for excellent service

MIRI, Feb 27: A total of 357 civil servants received their Excellent Service Awards (APC) 2019 presented by the Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg in Miri recently.

The recipients were selected from 14 departments and agencies, eight from the state government and six from federal, who had served in Sarawak’s civil service.

Among other criteria for the recipients was for those who had served the state government for 20 years straight, or 25 years collectively, shown an excellence and high standards in their services, supported by a recommendation by the head of department.

Also present during the Excellent Service Award (APC) 2019 presentation ceremony was State Secretary Datuk Amar Jaul Samion. —DayakDaily.
