35 RTP projects under way for Ngemah

KUCHING, March 6: Thirty-five Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) projects have been planned for the Ngemah constituency for this year.

According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, Ngemah assemblyman Anyi Jana said nine telecommunication towers would be built by Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA).

“This is to improve internet coverage and telecommunication network in the constituency,” he said during a programme in Nanga Tada, Kanowit yesterday.

Deputy Minister of Health II and Kanowit MP Datuk Aaron Ago Dagang, who was present during the event, said various projects are also being planned for Kanowit.

“The government always pays attention to the development issues in the Nanga Jagau, Nanga Ngungun, and Nanga Tada resettlement schemes (SPS),” he added. ― DayakDaily
