KUCHING, Feb 17: Three men and a woman were arrested by the police for their alleged involvement in a recent burglary case in Kampung Bako.
Kuching police chief ASP Ashmon Bajah, in a statement today, confirmed the arrest of the four individuals aged between 22 and 37 on Feb 16 in four different locations in the Bako area.
“Three of the male suspects have previous records involving crime (4) and drugs (2).
“Urine tests conducted on all suspects were positive for Methamphetamine,” he said.
He added that the four suspects are remanded for four days to facilitate investigation.
“The case is being investigated under Section 457 of the Penal Code,” he said.
