SARIKEI, June 19: Some 20 per cent of the people in Sarikei who have registered for their Covid-19 vaccination through MySejahtera have failed to show up for their vaccination appointments.

However, a news report by Sarawak Public Communications Unit (UKAS) said that despite that, the attendance for vaccination was still considered high.

It reported that some failed to attend the appointment to take the Covid-19 vaccination due to unavoidable reasons and problems.

The Sarikei District Office will continue its effort to contact and reach out to the vaccine recipients in order to increase the percentage of attendance in the district to be given the vaccine shots.
